5.25.18 - Jang & Associates LLP is liaison counsel for the subrogation plaintiffs in the coordinated proceeding for the California North Bay Fire Cases. Today, Cal Fire released findings concerning four of those fires. Read about it here.
5.18.18 - Alan Jang appeared in San Francisco Superior Court at PG&E's demurrer to as to the inverse condemnation cause of action in plaintiffs’ Master Complaints. Jang & Associates took a leadership role for the subrogation plaintiffs in the drafting and argument of the motion. Plaintiffs were successful in having the motion denied.
